Why Video Marketing and Vlogging awesome | 30 Day Vlog Challenge – Day 1

Hey what's up everyone this is Peter
and welcome to my very first video for the 30 Day Blog Challenge. So… oh hold on a sec… hello? Hey man can I just put your hands free I'm just doing something at the moment
just just listen and listen ok cool, just listen in KK yea. Alright so
basically I recently finished a blog challenge and it was a 30 Day Blog
Challenge and I learnt heaps. Ok so one of the things I learned is, video is king when
it comes to creating content video is king compared to blogging, video you're more
naked. Well I mean you're more exposed you can't hide behind a pen name or a
you know you can't hide behind the camera when you're in front of the
camera what you see is what you get you you can be caught out more to try to be
fake or ingenuine and also you build trust with the audience lot quicker than
compared to just having a blog.

So since 2006 I'd had ditched commercial TV
altogether and I had to replace my entertainment by with something else so
since then I've been consuming YouTube as for all my entertainment all my
learning on my video on demand YouTube is where I go to come and relax
to be entertained and also to learn. I'm getting into video production to build a
brand and to share high-value content so over the next 30 days I will share what
I have learned in some of the online video marketing courses taken recently and
also some of these tips are fundamental to building an audience who are hungry
for your videos because your audience well at least my audience in this case
is all the EC members entrepreneur social club members and you know we're
all getting into this video video logging or blogging for the first time
probably so what I want to give back to our community the tips that I've learned to build a really
good quality content.

So if you're still with me heres my vlogging tip for today.
Did you know that almost 97% of vloggers who have made millions on YouTube
were really self-conscious about talking in front of the camera and I found that
after shooting around about 7 videos I started to get really comfortable in front of the camera. I remember the
first couple of video is used to procrastinate about doing that those
videos. I just felt and I just didn't feel completely comfortable but I pushed
through it and after about seventh video is when I really didn't really care
about you know that was a big problem. I had other problems to or other
challenges to take on. So my tip is to pretend that you're talking to your best
friend on hands-free like that phone call that happened before. That wasn't a
real phone that was just my this little card holder. So tip for you is
pretend that you're talking to your best friend on hands-free or even pretend
that they standing right next to the camera.

Cuz the reality is on the other
side of the camera are your friends and family and your audience. Right? So what I
do is I put a picture of my kids on the camera and I speak to them instead of my
camera. So you know when it comes to my kids, Peachey's two years old and Perseus
is four months old you know I don't I'm not uncomfortable
around my kids right so when i'm talking i'm talking to my kids right now one day
that might be well they can turn on YouTube right now and and watch me and
Peachey does recognize me on youtube so just remember on the other side of the
camera is your audience watching.

Talk about something you know so well that
you could talk about it in your sleep. Okay so that's all for now. Tomorrow
we'll talk more about your audience so be sure to subscribe to my channel if
you like this video then make sure to like and leave a comment and share it
with your friends and he could do leave a comment I do write back to everyone
that leaves a comment down there and that's all for now remember – Together We Are Better. TogetherBetter16.
